SUMMARY - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing and growing existing and new clients. Prospect potential customers through outbound calling and cultivate existing customer relationship. Quota carrying driven performer. Confident phone presence and strong work ethic, while being highly motivated. Position: Senior Market Research Analyst

SUMMARY - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Responsible for using a combination of online marketing efforts to drive customer traffic to clients' web sites. The Senior Market Research Analyst Search will use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics, test Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns to generate revenue, and work with the engineering team to create and manage site content and meta tagging, to improve the company's organic search rankings. Explore other low cost or free acquisition tactics such as blogging, viral pr, social media and email marketing. Provide user analytics to help the creative team expand and improve Company websites, which will in turn improve conversion rates. Must be able to analyze keywords, assign keywords to articles, write/request articles, edit them, oversee implementation and will build links through management submission, research opportunities, and field incoming requests. Post analysis hypothesis, conclusion, recommendations will be implemented to continuously drive improvement in site metrics. Must maintain industry knowledge of technology and market evolution for marketing tactics. Must possess a strong technical background with exceptional business acumen, analytic skills, and communication skills.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering or Industrial Engineering and at least Two (2) years experience in the job offered or a highly related occupation.
  • Underlying bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field highly desirable.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Implement low to zero cost online marketing campaign that maximizes traffic, site user time, and conversion to paid user
  • Regularly generate and deliver performance reports to the Marketing department
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates and continuously introduce new testing and optimization.
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score
  • Act as natural search expert for and also provide SEM education to business unit and other internal departments
  • Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Work closely with engineering team to identify site enhancements that will lead to overall program improvements. Manage those projects through to completion.
  • Recommend copy for optimizing organic search campaigns, display ads, email headlines, etc.
  • Continually monitor the search landscape. Understand any changes in organic listing algorithms of Search Engines and proactively lead changes to adherence to the changes.
  • Increase business results and manage the business plan approved by Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage, design & develop tasks to ensure project deliverables that meet or exceed expectations.
